The funeral arrangements for Irish rally star Craig Breen have been published ahead of his burial on Tuesday of this week.
Slieverue native Breen was killed during a pre-event test in Croatia this past week ahead of Rally Croatia where he was expected to start in the driver’s seat again for Hyundai Motorsport. Reports indicate he was involved in an off-road collision, Hyundai confirming that co-driver James Fulton was unharmed in the accident.
The 33-year-old returned to Hyundai this season having parted ways with M-Sport Ford following the 2022 WRC season and had already collected a second-place podium finish at Rally Sweden in February in his first start back for Hyundai.
