Graiguenamanagh Junior Hurler Ian Kavanagh says the young lads coming through pushing the older lads is what’s needed for the County Junior Championship.

Speaking at the Kilkenny Junior Club Hurling Launch, Ian says tough games are ahead of them.

He said to KCLR “There’s a good bunch of lads there, a good few young lads after coming onto the squad been blooded and pushing the older lads so we’re looking forward to it”.

Regarding the squad this year, Ian said “We still have the two or three older lads that you need in the team pushing the young lads on as well.
