KCLR hurling analyst Eddie Doyle says Kilkenny has improved a lot this year and needs to keep that momentum going into next season.
The cats were beaten by Cork in the All Ireland Semi-Final on Sunday after extra time.
Eddie told the FULL-TIME show here on KCLR that Kilkenny is going in the right direction.
“I think we definitely have improved, I mean we got to a semi-final last year and got to a semi-final this year,” said Eddie.
“We brought the team this year to extra time, I definitely think we’ve improved 100%, obviously not enough, we didn’t win (Semifinal) but we were beaten by a better team in all”.
“It’s about just improving the whole time and next year have another go at it again and try and improve and bring more players onto the panel and freshen up the ideas again and try to be positive and hopefully we improve” he added.
