The 20-man Irish squad made the trip over the weekend to take part in the football competition which included some players from the Carlow Juveniles League
The Scottish Youth FA, Schoolboy/Girls Football Association of Ireland, Northern Ireland Boys FA and Isle of Man FA all competed in Largs the home of Sport Scotlands Inverclyde National Training Centre
The team played three games, won three, scored 11 goals, and conceded 1 over the course of the competition
There was Carlow interest in the competition with Maksym Gorczyca (St Patrick’s Boys) and Timmy Adeleye (Hanover Harps) while Kilkenny man Kevin Haberlin was part of the management team. Well done to everyone involved.
