The KCLR McCalmont Cup recently conducted its draw, outlining the path for participating teams in the upcoming fixtures. Three teams have been granted byes in the initial rounds, with subsequent rounds excluding any further eligibility for byes.

Teams securing byes in the initial stage are Stoneyford, Freebooters B, and Lions B.

The scheduled fixtures for the upcoming matches are as follows:

  1. Evergreen 46 vs. Highview B
  2. Bridge United vs. River Rangers B
  3. Thomastown B vs. Deen Celtic A
  4. Evergreen C vs. St. Johns
  5. River Rangers A vs. Callan United
  6. Highview A vs. Lions A
  7. Clover United vs. Ormonde Villa
  8. Freshford Town vs. Castlewarren Celtic A
  9. Castlewarren Celtic B vs. Deen Celtic B
  10. Evergreen B vs. East End
  11. Evergreen A vs. Tullaroan
  12. Newpark vs. Thomastown A
  13. Spa United vs. Freebooters A

Matches are scheduled to take place over the weekends of February 11th and 18th, setting a definitive timeframe for the participating teams. The absence of byes beyond the initial rounds intensifies the competition, as all subsequent matches will be determined on the field without any preferential treatment for rest or preparation.

The KCLR McCalmont Cup draw has set the stage for a straightforward and competitive progression through the tournament. With no additional byes beyond the initial stage, teams will need to bring their best performances to secure advancement in this highly anticipated soccer event.
