Win or lose, a civic reception for the Kilkenny senior camogie team will be held on the steps of Kilkenny Courthouse, Parliament Street, Kilkenny on Monday evening.
The team will travel by open-top bus from MacDonagh Station, departing approximately 6:15pm, along John Street, Rose Inn Street, High Street and on to Parliament Street. Rolling closures and traffic restrictions will be in place until approximately 8-8.30pm through Kilkenny city centre.
Supporters will gather around the junction of Parliament Street, High Street and Bateman Quay to the front of the Courthouse.
Live music and entertainment is planned along with a replay of the match on big screens from 5.30pm and we’ll be going live from the Courthouse just after 6pm in place of The Way It Is for your Monday evening.
