Kilkenny Senior Camogie manager Anne Downey says they will be up against it when they play Tipperary in the Ragg next Saturday in the third round of the All-Ireland Senior Camogie Championship.
Speaking to KCLR, Anne says that while they are delighted to have won both their games in the competition, Tipp proved in their League Semi-Final clash, they will be difficult opponents.
“Yeah, it is great. If we can qualify, it will be absolutely brilliant for the girls”
“Tipperary next weekend, again it’s going to be a step-up, they have 4 points like ourselves”
“We drew with them in the league, and we just beat them in extra-time. They are an excellent side, well coached and we have to go to the Ragg next Saturday, so we know that we are going to be really up against it”
