Kilkenny & District League elect a new management committee

Kilkenny and District League have voted in their new committee.

This follows a period of uncertainty after the resignation of the previous committee which saw games across the county postponed in September.

Callan’s Rob Higton was elected chairperson at the general meeting.

With Micheal Coughlan receiving the title of fixtures secretary.

There is believed to be a council meeting scheduled in the next few weeks for the new committee to introduce themselves and outline their roles going forward.
