Kilkenny Senior Camogie Manager Brian Dowling loves been involved in the Coaching side of the game having had that experience under Ann Downey last year.
Kilkenny travel to Cork for their 3rd game of the National League on Sunday and speaking to KCLR, Brian says he’s not a manager that lets the rest of the backroom team do all the Coaching work.
“I love the Coaching side of it. It’s really enjoyable, the hands on on the pitch and just working with players and stuff like that, but I am still involved in that side of it, but the backroom team I have at the moment in Tommy Shefflin and Ray Challoner and Phily Larkin we kind of mix it up between the lot of us, I am not a manager that can just stand there on a nights training and do absolutely nothing, I like to get involved and do something”
