Kilkenny continues the defense of their minor All-Ireland camogie title this weekend with a semi-final clash against Galway on Sunday.
Despite having something of a favourites tag heading into this weekend’s game, Kilkenny manager Mike Wall has been telling our Camán Caint podcast that there’s nobody putting pressure on his side only themselves.
“I don’t think there’s any pressure on us at all, I think the only pressure that’s going to be on us is that we put on ourselves,” said Mike.
“The girls know that as well, they are a very very driven bunch, we have 18 from last year’s panel there but not all 18 played, some of the girls that did play didn’t start, some of the girls are fighting to be in starting positions this year”.
“We’ve pretty much kept to ourselves throughout the whole year so the girls won’t mind the favourites tags”.
The winners will play either Cork or Tipperary the following Sunday
