Carrie Randle has no expectations ahead of her trip to Malta in February for the European Pool Championships.

Carrie is ranked No. 1 in Europe and she will compete in the competition along with her sister Megan and her Mum Suzanne, and speaking to KCLR, Carrie says she is surprising expectations alright.

She said “We reached the Semi-Finals of the worlds last year with the team, so like I think there could be a possibility there of even getting to a Final if we really played our best and put our best team forward”.

“Regarding the singles, we have given ourselves an awful lot of time, I am not expecting anything yet, but then again I am surprising myself all the time so we will see how it goes, I never expect going in to even win my first match International event”.
