Kilkenny Senior Camogie team left it late to become Leinster Champions yesterday.
They met a very determined Offaly side who dominated the game for long periods.
The faithful county actually led by 1-8 to 1-6 at the break and were full value for that lead.
With two minutes to go in the second half they still led by 1-13 to 1-12.
However two late points from Kilkenny gave them a 1-14 to 1-13 victory and the Leinster title.
It’s Kilkenny’s second trophy to win this year after previously beating Cork in the League Final.
