This month’s winner of the award is Emer Kelly from the Kilkenny Women’s Rugby team.
Emer is the current captain of the Kilkenny women’s rugby team who is in their first season and sits top of Division 5 with only one loss to date.
She’s also got on the score sheet a lot this season most recently in their win over Navan.
Those who nominated Emer say in addition to inspiring the team to work harder, she promotes key rugby values and has performed at a high level throughout the season.
