With another month behind us, the June Bank Holiday weekend in the rearview mirror and a summer of sport well up and running, it’s time to open the nominations for the May round of the David Buggy Motors Kilkenny Sport Star Award.
We’re a few weeks away yet from looking at club hurling, football and camogie in more detail but if you’ve seen someone deserving of a nomination from any sporting background over the month of May, then we’d love to hear from you.
From footgolf to racing, basketball to underage soccer, athletics to boxing and beyond, May was a busy month in Kilkenny and now is your chance to nominate in individual or team for their efforts on or off the field of play. Submit yours before midnight this coming Saturday and we’ll be announcing the winner on Monday morning (12 June).
