St. Kierans College 6th year student and current Shamrock Rovers player Mikey Raggett has been nominated for the FAI Schools International Player of the Year Award for U-18s.
Last March, Raggett scored the winning goal for Ireland against Scotland in the Centenary Shield.
Embed from Getty ImagesMikey Raggett was also awarded U17 Player of the Year for Wexford after an excellent second season at the club before his move to Dublin. Recently the youth player competed in the Uefa Youth Cup with Rovers in a losing effort to AZ Alkmaar
Mikey has been nominated along with Lennon Gill of Benildus College of South Dublin and John O’Donovon Clonakilty College of Cork.
