Kilkenny Hurling Manager Brian Cody says that Jackie Tyrrell stood the test of time in his Inter County career.
Speaking to KCLR at the launch of Jackie’s autobiography last night, Brian says that he can have no regrets whatsoever looking back on his career.
“Iv’e said it before many many times since he retired, he had a terrific career and stood the test of time for so long and made corner back his own for so long.
“He was an outstanding player with great determination and he was a huge driver from the back line.
“He has had a great career with club and county and he can have no regrets whatsoever,” he said.
