Carlow’s Marcus Lawler and Kilkennys Cliodhna Manning are with the IT Carlow team competing in the World University games in Napoli.
The college has nine athletes in total represented.
Three of the colleges ladies are on the starting 11 for the Women’s Football Team.
Athletics, Archery, Soccer and Taekwondo are the sports Team Ireland are represented in.
