Mooncoin’s Ciarán Quilty named KCLR Electric Player of the Week

As the summer rolls on, so does the KCLR Electric Player of the Week as we move into week 6.

This week, the honour goes to Mooncoin’s Ciaran Quilty, who came on at half-time during the All-Ireland Junior Football Final between Kilkenny and New York, helping to overturn a five-point deficit by setting up Mick Kenny’s goal and grabbing a point himself.

While the result ultimately didn’t go Kilkenny’s way, it was great seeing the county’s footballers in Croke Park again.
