Mullinavat Senior Hurling manager Maurice Aylward says Saturday’s game against Dicksboro will be the ideal game to indicate where they currently stand.
Mullinavat have won their three matches from their three games so far, but speaking to KCLR ahead of Saturday’s game, Maurice is not reading too much into their victories.
“We are focused in on the game and it’s the type of game that you want.
“It’s also the type of game that will tell you where you stand, and that’s why we are looking forward to see where we are at this stage.
“We have played two games in the last couple of weeks, but we haven’t set the world on fire either against Carrickshock or Clara.
“The main thing was to get the points, but we have to step up a lot now against Dicksboro on Saturday,” he said.
