Mullinavat Senior Football Manager Michael Aylward says they have nothing to be afraid having already defeated Ballyboughal in the Leinster Intermediate Football Club Championship.
Speaking to KCLR ahead of tomorrow’s (Saturday’s) Leinster Semi-Final clash against Rosenallis of Laois in Thomastown, Michael says they are relishing the challenge of playing a strong team who have achieved a lot.
He said “Our element of surprise is gone, but nothing should be taken away from Rosenallis either, this is their third game in Leinster Intermediate and Hurling Champions in Laois, marvellous achievement for any club, not too many clubs in any county that do a double both football and hurling in their own grade, we are up against a strong team, their is nothing to be afraid of I think”.
