Johann van Graan will leave Munster at the end of the season.
The head coach has turned down a two-year contract extension with the province.
The South African joined Munster in November 2017.
The province hasn’t won a trophy in a decade.
Stephen Larkham recently announced he would also be leaving as backs coach.
