New Carlow Rugby Club Head Coach Corey Carthy says they are not looking beyond their first game of the new season despite having goals as to what they want to achieve.
Speaking to KCLR, Corey says they are only taking one step at a time.
He said “I met with the boys there the other night. We have a number of goals, but the main one I know it sounds a bit cliched, but we are just going to look at the next game, that’s all we are focusing on, we have goals ahead of us, but if we can’t achieve what’s ahead of us, we can’t achieve those goals at the end of the season”.
“It is a cliche for a reason, but the we are focusing on the South East League mainly first and if we have a good South East League then, our Leinster League should follow”
