Just like August, September turned out to be a pretty quick month as we’re already into the start of October
The club hurling championships are at the business end, the camogie season is almost done and dusted on the club front, domestic soccer fixtures have returned, cross country athletics have kicked off and more besides.
All that said means there are plenty of options when it comes to making a nomination for the Kilkenny Sport Star Award for September. If the person you think should be recognised has been working behind the scenes and not on the field or track, then we want to hear from you too!
You can get your nominations in from lunchtime Monday 3 October until 6pm Sunday 9 October and we’ll be announcing the winner come lunchtime on Monday 10 October.
