Kilkennys Senior Hurlers have a break until January until they get their Walsh Cup campaign underway.
Carlows hurlers got their season underway against Westmeath at the weekend.
Brian says people’s minds won’t be on hurling for the next few weeks.
“We don’t play ourselves until the 12th of January, we have a bye into the semi final”.
“Coming up to Christmas and all the rest of it, people won’t be thinking exclusively about hurling, but once the new year arrives, we’ll be very very quickly back into it”.
