Paulstown Boxer Aidan O’Neill says it’s essential to remain fully focused especially in Super-Heavyweight.

Aidan goes for Gold in the National Stadium tonight (Friday) as he fights the Connacht Champion Antoine Griffin from the Celtic Eagles Boxing Club in Galway and speaking to KCLR, Aidan says one lapse of concentration could prove fatal…..

“Look in Boxing you can’t preempt anything and especially in Super-Heavyweight Boxing you definitely can’t. One punch can change it all in a matter of seconds so look we will have to be careful”

“Try and keep the good form going and keep positive. Look we are quietly confident if we put it that way, but we won’t be having any celebrations until the final bell anyway”
