Thomastown’s Shelly Farrell has been named as the AIB Leinster Senior Club Camogie Player of the year.
Thomastown just missed out on a place in the All Ireland Final yesterday, and Shelly was a key figure over the course of the campaign.
Shelly’s brother Jonjo won the Pearse Medal for his performances in last years Leinster Championship for Kilkenny.
