Six of Kilkennys Storm Ice Hockey teams Under 12’s are heading off to Boston this week to represent Ireland on behalf of Ice Hockey Ireland.
The local inline and ice hockey team have the highest amount of members represented on the team who will play games in both Boston and Toronto.
They’ve been fundraising for the trips since last year and jet out this morning (Wednesday).
