Mount Leinster Rangers Senior Hurling Manager Conor Phelan says that St. Mullins will be able to cope without the suspended Jack Kavanagh for today’s (Sunday) County Senior Hurling Final showdown.
Speaking to KCLR, Conor says they proved themselves to have strength in depth in last Saturday’s Semi-Final victory over Ballinkillen.
He said “Yeah, Jack is a good player, he has a lot of attributes to add there and St. Mullins, they have a good squad and they have a lot of players to bring in, and I think the squad made a difference the last day when they were under pressure, they made a couple of changes and they came out on the right hand side and a good match like that will harden St. Mullins and it’s up to our guys to try and rise to that challenge if we can”.
