St. Mullins Senior Hurler Jack Kavanagh says it’s going to be a massive battle against Ballinkillen in today’s (Saturday’s) County Senior Semi-Final clash.
Speaking to KCLR, Jack says that Ballinkillen have some of the best hurlers within the county.
He said “I think Ballinkillen have some of the finest hurlers in Carlow, and they really showed what they can do in the last round of games against Mount Leinster Rangers there”
“They had them to the pin of their collar for most of the game and look, we are expecting an absolute massive battle against Ballinkillen, and there is not going to be a whole lot in it, probably a puck of the ball and the first game, it counts for nothing at this stage of the year”.
