St. Mullins Senior Hurling Manager Niall O’Donnell says that Mount Leinster Rangers are the only winners from last Saturday’s County Senior Semi-Final clash against Ballinkillen.
Speaking to KCLR as they now prepare for Sunday’s County Final clash, Niall says that Semi-Final game which went to extra-time has taken an awful lot out of them.
He said “We are delighted to be still in the Championship. We have full confidence in the team, we have good hurlers, good hurlers in St. Mullins and they play a great brand of hurling so all we can say is we are in one hell of a fight”.
“It’s taken unmerciful energy out of us now, that’s the one thing so this County Final that is coming on a little bit too fast for us, possibly the only winner there is probably Mt. Leinster Rangers there I would imagine”.
