Thomastown United manager Stevie Walsh insists there is a good healthy rivalry between themselves and Evergreen ahead of Sunday’s KCLR McCalmont Cup Final.
Speaking to KCLR, Stevie says themselves and Evergreen always have a determination to win.
“Ah, it’s fairly healthy I think (rivalry).
“Both sets of teams and management, they are determined and I suppose both of us like to win and I mean we want to win and we have that in common.
“We don’t like losing I suppose, but I have never had a problem with any of the Evergreen lads.
“As I said, they like to win and I am of the same thinking and so are our team,” he said.
