Thomastown United manager Stephen Walsh says that Highview Athletic have made massive progress over the last two years.
Speaking to KCLR ahead of Sunday’s KCLR McCalmont Cup Semi-Final, Stephen says they are reaping their rewards for the hard work done.
“We played them probably more than anyone, and they’ve had massive improvement there over especially in the last two years.
“I suppose this year was all about holding their own in the top league, and probably they looked at the cups and the Shield, and they got to the final of the Shield and they probably aim for the Shield and Cup this year.
“There is massive progress and a lot of good work going on down there,” he said.
