Kilkenny Senior Hurler TJ Reid says they need the three week gap to their next game against Galway to get all the injuries cleared up.

Speaking to KCLR after Sunday’s clash against Carlow, TJ says the extra-time needed to clear up injuries is what’s needed for the massive challenge that lies ahead.

He said “Everything is doing ok, but it’s a massive challenge ahead, our focus I suppose is later on the year. We are building, we have three weeks now to build to Galway which is great for us, because we can get the niggles out of the way and fully focused and prepared for Galway”.
