Kilkenny Senior Hurling Captain TJ Reid says they have a point to prove to themselves after the disappointment of losing the Leinster Final.

Speaking to KCLR ahead of today’s (Sunday) All-Ireland Quarter-Final clash against Cork, TJ says today’s game is what they want to be involved in.

He said “You wanted these games and the more games you got playing in Croke Park, playing with 50, 60,000 people watching on they are the games you want to be involved so look it’s a great opportunity for us, we have a point to prove to ourselves, no one else so it’s over to the players now to look after the performance on the pitch”.
