Former Kilkenny Senior Hurler Adrian Ronan says that Tommy Walsh operating in the forwards has been a massive influence to their success in which they won the County Intermediate Championship.
Tullaroan are at home to Naas on Saturday in John Locke Park, Callan in the Semi-Final of the Leinster Intermediate Championship, and speaking after they defeated Rosenallis of Laois, Adrian says that Tommy’s addition in attack has helped greatly with their goal scoring ability.
He said “That’s why Tullaroan are so good at the moment. Their ability to score goals, and Tommy has been a huge influence up in the forwards now at this stage”.
“Last year and previously he has been playing in the backs, he has now gone up in the forwards using his experience and when Tommy is on song he brings the rest of the forwards in”.
