With Kilkenny’s Ellen Molloy called into the Irish squad for their three European Championships qualifiers this week, we’re keeping an eye on all the activity in Limerick.
Ireland are hosts for the mini-tournament style qualifiers with Markets Field and Jackman Park seeing Dave Connell’s side take on England tonight, top seeds Switzerland on Saturday evening at 7pm and neighbours Northern Ireland at lunchtime on Tuesday.
The stakes are high with a berth in the Czech Republic for next summer’s Championships available to the group winner given the new style of qualifying brought in this year.
