Old Leighlin and Palatine are busy putting the last bits of preparations together for Sundays County Football Final showdown in Netwatch Cullen Park. This week, the teams will have light run outs as all the hard work has been done in training over the past few weeks. The last time these two teams met in a county final was in 1997 with Old Leighton winning that one, and with it their first county title. Some of the 1997 panel are still with the teams.
KCLR Sport went to Old Leighlin this week and caught up with some management and players.
