Carrickshock defender John Dalton says they are firmly set on giving next years Senior Championship a good lash.
Speaking after Sunday’s Intermediate County Final victory over Tullogher-Rosbercon, John says they want to do themselves justice now they are in the Senior grade…..
“I suppose like when you really sit down and look at it, I suppose very few teams do even take Senior”
“Very few teams have won Senior the last 15 years so it’s a hard thing to break, but thankfully we went down this year and we are straight back-up and this is what we wanted, but we want to go back next year now and refocus and give the Senior a good lash again and do ourselves justice this time”
