Kilkenny Minor manager Mike Wall says his side is determined to do well and it’s what is keeping them going this year.
The team is still affected by covid regulations meaning they can’t have team-building exercises and still don’t have access to dressing rooms for their games.
They take on Cork in the All Ireland final on Sunday next at 6 pm and Mike says they’re not affected by the ongoing regulations.
“They all know each other, a lot of them are in school together as well, they know each other so well from Loreto, Pres, Castlecomer so like, it hasn’t been the challenge that everyone would have thought it was because they’re a very driven bunch and they drive each other on so so much, in that way it’s made our job a little bit easier than it would have been due to covid and all like that,” said Mike.
We have live commentary of the game here on Sunday with thanks to Country Style Foods.
