Draw details: Fort Rangers, St. Canice’s and more head to FAI Junior Cup third round

Eight clubs from Kilkenny and Carlow remain in the FAI Junior Cup - here's what the third round draw looks like with games pencilled in for November.

The FAI Junior Cup third round draw took place earlier (Monday) with eight local sides left in the competition’s Wexford/Kilkenny/Carlow/Wicklow division.

St. Canice’s will have to wait a few days yet to find out their third-round opponents but Carlow’s New Oak Boys and Killeshin FC have secured home ties against Gorey Rangers and North End United (both Wexford) respectively. It’s Kilkenny v Carlow for Evergreen as they welcome Crettyard United to the Kells Road while we’ve got a Kilkenny derby in the last local feature with Bridge United, sending Thomastown packing at the weekend, heading for Fort Rangers.

Here’s how the draw looks.

Dublin Saturday

  • Old County FC v Sheriff YC or SVS FC
  • Tallaght Town v Glasnevin FC
  • Crumlin United v St Francis
  • Malahide United or Fairview CY FC v Skerries Town
  • Rush Ath or Patrician Celtic v Monread FC or Wayside Celtic
  • Verona FC v Iveagh Celtic
  • Fairview Celtic v St John Bosco
  • Collinstown FC v Templeogue United
  • Sandyhill Shangan Ath v Usher Celtie or Maynooth University Town
  • Finglas United v Tallaght United

Dublin Sunday and NEFL
