In all, there are eight races with the first going to post at 1.20 pm while the last race of the day goes off at 5.25 pm.
Local jockey Shane Foley should saddle Neowise for Jessica Harrington in the day’s opener.
HURLING
There’s a big night ahead for Kilkenny in the ONeills.com Leinster Under 20 hurling championship as the Cats welcome Wexford to UPMC Nowlan Park at a 6.45 pm.
Tickets are €10 and have to be bought online for tonight’s game as unlike the senior games, they’re not available in shops locally, but we’ll be in the stands for full commentary with Brendan Hennessy and Michael Walsh thanks to MW Hire. Under 16s can still attend for free.
Speaking to KCLR ahead of the game, Kilkenny manager Mark Dowling says following their opening round meeting with Wexford, his side are ready for a second bite at the cherry.

When Sky and the GAA ended their deal, Virgin Media say that the rights package was not shopped to other broadcasters.
