Kilkenny legend DJ Carey says he doesn’t believe that Sunday’s All Ireland final is a one-horse race.

Limerick and Cork go head to head in Croke Park on Sunday for a chance to lift the Liam McCarthy cup.

DJ says he thinks the Rebels have a good chance of upsetting the odds.

“If our own county was in it, you’d definitely be, I won’t say fancying your chances but you’d be giving yourself a chance,” said DJ.

“I think Cork are in a great position, the county is absolutely flying it, underage hurling is going great, they’ve an excellent team”.

“I think it’s a different style, it’s a different way of hurling than what Limerick have, obviously Limerick is based on quick short ball a lot but Cork have a huge amount of speed whereas Limerick have a huge amount of physicality” he added.
