Bagenalstown Gaels Senior Football Manager Hamish Beaton says that this week is all about recovery after a grueling game last weekend.

Speaking to KCLR ahead of today’s (Sunday) match against the defending Champions Eire Og, Hamish says the most important aspect ahead of today’s game is staying fresh especially with last weekend’s game having to extra-time.

He said “Preparations are going well. We hopefully will have a clean bill of health, bodies are sore I suppose after the quarter-final against Old Leighlin like, the game went to extra-time, this week is just all about recovery and hopefully having them in the best possible shape for Sunday”.
