Kilkenny Rugby Club are expanding – or redeveloping – and are looking for your assistance.

Two new dressing rooms including shower, toilet and physio facilities, along with a new gym area, are currently in the building phase at the club’s Foulkstown grounds on Kilkenny’s Waterford Road.

The club currently boasts in the region of 600 playing members from under six through adult grade, the works aiming to “allow us to provide top-class facilities for current and future players and members”.

Buy a brick

To help fund the €20,000 development costs, the club have launched a Buy A Brick initiative with all funds generated through the scheme going straight into the dressing room and gym build.

Bricks are available at bronze (€50), silver (€100) and gold (€200) levels. With each brick purchased, your name (or business name) will be acknowledged in a prominent position in the new facilities.

Buying a brick also gets you into a new development draw with club clothing and Irish rugby tickets up for grabs.

Find out more, see the plans and follow the progress here.
