Carlow wrap up their Kehoe Cup campaign this Sunday with a home tie against Meath.
The Leinster rivals will face off at Netwatch Cullen Park at 2pm with a victory for the Barrowsiders potentially securing top spot.
Tom Mullally’s side got off to the worst possible start earlier this month when Kildare ruthlessly dispatched of them in Hawkfield on a scoreline of 3-19 to 0-11.
However, they immediately bounced back from that disappointing result with a 4-26 to 1-08 hammering of neighbours Wicklow at Carlow GAA headquarters.
Last weekend, the 2018 Joe McDonagh Cup winners secured a second consecutive victory with a 1-25 to 1-20 defeat of Down in Abbotstown.
We’ll have reports from Sunday’s game from 2pm this Sunday on KCLR and we’ll have live commentaries of Carlow’s games in the Allianz National Hurling League in 2023.
