Teams from counties all over Leinster will descend on the town hoping to be crowned Leinster champions and go forward to represent the Provence in the national Finals in Athlone in August.

27 Carlow teams and 5 Kilkenny teams are taking part in semi finals in everything from chess to camogie and skittles.

Carlow IT will be the venue for many events with draughts, chess, u16 basketball, tag rugby, futsal, soccer and table tennis on campus.

U13 basketball will be in St Leo’s with u11 in St Fiaccs. Indoor soccer will be held in the Presentation while Eire Og hosts the Gaelic football.
