Carlow’s Marcus Lawler said he was happy to win yesterdays Mens National Senior 200 metres final but that the time he set is nothing to shout home about.

The St Laurence O Toole sprinter came home in 20.95 seconds.

He says it’s a good return for the training done during lockdown.
