Clonguish Gaels Senior Hurling Manager John Minnock says they will be competitive in today’s Leinster Junior Club Championship Semi-Final clash against Conahy Shamrocks if they perform to the best of their ability.
The Longford Champions travel to Jenkinstown for the clash, and speaking exclusively to KCLR, John is quietly confident they can cause an upset.
He said “I suppose it’s just about getting those increases every time we step out onto the field. We would be happy if we can put up a performance and perform to the best of our ability we would hope to be somewhere, there or thereabouts and we would hope to be competitive, and if we are competitive and we are in the match with a few minutes to go, who knows”.
