Kilkenny RFC’s women’s season keeps going from strength to strength.

Having outperformed expectations on their return to Leinster League rugby this season, Sunday saw the Foulkstown side pick up a big win over Navan to book a place in the Division 5 Cup Final against Tallaght.

In a complete team performance, Tina Wright, Lieke Hoban, Rosie Miller, Ciara Coone and Emer Kelly all had standout games on the way to a 40-8 win over the midlanders. The result means they’ll face Tallaght in Dublin’s Energia Park on 23 April to decide the Division 5 Cup.

Kilkenny team: Jenny Kirwan, Keeva Owens, Henna Mosse, Isla Mosse, Stephanie Bowe, Rosie Miller, Tina Wright, Lieke Hoban, Cathy Kelly, Leah McCarthy, Ciara Harte, Emily Kenny, Emer Kelly (C), Sorcha Barcoe Keogh, Ciara Coone.
