Eoin Larkin heads into battle against Tipperary this Sunday in search of his ninth All-Ireland senior hurling medal.

The James Stephens club man sat down with our sports crew ahead of this Sunday’s showdown in Croke Park to talk training and preparation, facing Tipperary and said battle that awaits on the pitch.

How does the man himself reckon it will play out?

We have had great games with Tipperary over the last number of years so I think everybody is expecting another good battle but look we will be happy enough with a one-point win if it’s a bad game, but hopefully the two teams will bring out a performance and it will be a great game to watch

Check out the full video interview below.

We’ll have live commentary and analysis of the game on air and online this Sunday at 3.30pm with thanks to Affidea Kilkenny.
